T and J is a self-started business. Our passion, love, and creativity for food is what makes us different from all the rest. Latasha and Janaya are both born and raised here Alabama.

Janaya is my 12 year old daughter, and she loves to help her mom in the kitchen. Whether it's asking questions or lending a helping hand, she's there to help with each event.  As a family we love cooking together and coming up with new menu items. That's why all of our dishes come hand-packed with nothing but love. We are so passionate about capturing people heart's one dish at a time.

After the passing of Latasha's uncle in 2019, it left her devastated and she was on the break of losing her mind. So she just put all of her emotions and feelings into her cooking more and more. With lots of prayers, love, and support from family and friends T and J catering has been very successful thus far.  We will continue to reach hearts one dish at a time.
